After his wife disappears, Dante arrives in an isolated village following her trail. What begins as a search soon turns into a prison from which he cannot escape. As he tries to uncover what happened, Dante begins to lose his memory, while a mysterious imprisoned woman starts to torment him. Convinced that she is his wife, he decides to set her free, unaware that he is gradually losing control over what is happening. Until finally, he must confront a truth he cannot change: from that moment on, he is left alone with his own guilt.
